This is in reference to your
letter dated February 15, 1995, and the "Big Nickel" aluminum
putter, which you submitted for an official ruling. This putter is
adjustable for weight internally using nickels or hard rubber
discs, loaded through the toe and heel, and fixed in place with
hex-cap screws.
I am please to advise you that the
putter, as submitted, has been inspected and it has been determined
that it conforms with the rules of golf..."
